Early Rides

F.A.Q.s

There are a few questions that we are often asked,
“Where do I get ........…?”
“Can you tell me the best way to …………?”
“Can you install ……….. on my car?”
We have answers for all of those questions.

  • Parts – after bringing so many cars back to life, we have a large phonebook with all kinds of parts suppliers. Both large and small. Many times we can get your parts for you at less cost than some of the larger suppliers because we are a small shop, and our overhead is so low. Give us a call to inquire. We can accept credit card orders over the phone for your convenience.
  • Advice – Earlyrides advice is always free. There are sometimes many ways to get a certain job done. Other times there is only one way. Send us an email with your questions and we will do our best to get answers. There are very few things that over the last 20 years we haven’t had to deal with, at least at some point. If we don’t know the answer, we will at least try to get you in touch with the expert on that particular automotive specialty.
  • Restoration / repair – we are a small shop but we usually have at least one customer car in our shop for some sort of component restoration or repair. We definitely speak Mopar, but we also have a great deal of experience with all kinds of fords and gm products. We have worked on everything from a 30’s roadster, to 50’s finned cars, to 60’s and 70’s cars, Corvettes, Camaros, and mustangs. If it is a presmog, American car, we probably have worked on it at some point. Some of our more popular jobs are: brake rebuilding or disc conversions, wire harnesses, suspensions and suspension upgrades, charging system problems and upgrades, cooling issues, engines and transmissions, and component restoration and detailing. Give us a call to set up an appointment to come in so we can discuss your next upgrade for your “Earlyride”.
